Then, we identify issues, challenges, safety concerns & constraints before they happen, create contingency plans to overcome them and communicate this with the customer in advance. We take the time and resources to do these steps. Because that results in our industry leading 96% on time delivery rate and of course happy customers.

We work together as one team: internally at Magna Fab, but also with customers and engineers on every project. This includes an open line of communication throughout our organization. Quality
We do it right the first time. Magna Fab employees take pride in their work, work hard to be the best-of-the-best and it shows. All projects have a QC/QA plan and dedicated QC/QA manager to ensure work performed meets all quality standards. All Magna Fab welders are either ASME SEC 9 qualified, AWS D1.1 qualified, or both. Also, we employ a full time Certified Weld Inspector to ensure our QC manual is being applied to your project in the process. You can trust Magna Fab will deliver the highest quality.

The National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessels (NBBI) and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) awarded Magna Fab the distinguished “U” Stamp and “R” Stamp certifications. And, these allow and qualify Magna Fab to fabricate and repair boilers, pressure vessels & process piping systems. Clearly, this is a great honor and designation of quality!
"U" Stamp
The "U" Stamp is issued by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers. The "U" Stamp authorizes Magna Fab to manufacture or fabricate new pressure vessels & process piping systems.
"R" Stamp
The "R" Stamp is issued by the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. This certification authorizes Magna Fab to repair or alter boilers, pressure vessels and process piping systems.
